I recently purchased Tykr and it's already become one of my favourite apps bought via AppSumo. I'm now consulting Tykr on a daily basis as I start dabbling in buying shares for long term investment.

The creator Sean makes it clear that this is a tool for investing, for looking at growing money over a long period of time rather than trading stocks for quick short term wins. His guidance to get started has been invaluable - I've put off buying shares in the past because it seemed too complicated and too risky. The introduction with Tykr has eased me into it, helped me to identify a platform through which to buy and sell shares (I chose Trading 212), and given me advice on how evaluate the companies I'm interested in buying shares in. I'm only investing an amount I can afford to lose as I'm aware that all investment is risky. However the long term strategy of growth investment seems less of a risk, and Tykr helps to identify companies that have a solid foundation.

What I really love about the Tykr platform is that it is very easy to navigate and responds quickly on both laptop and mobile. The search is fast and the information about each companies stock is neatly presented in tabs showing metrics, news, financials etc. There's a score displayed for each company which tells you instantly whether it's worth investigating further or whether you should be a little cautious. If, like me when I first started, none of this means anything to you at the moment, don't worry, it doesn't take long to learn thanks to the daily tips and how to videos.

Finally I have to say that communication with Sean has been amazing - I had a couple of newbie questions and received very helpful explanations so I could better understand how the stock markets work.

I'm happy to recommend Tykr to anyone interested in starting out investing in companies for potential long term financial growth.
