Q: I have purchased tyle however I m looking some features like upload custom subtitle (.

A: Hi,
You can add sticker image or hotspot. It doesn't violate the license agreement. Make sure that we don't cut or trim stock resources after download solely.
Q: Can you allow me to transform a video after downloading them from your platform to a Gif file?
I mean, after download place the mp4 inside other media and convert the video to GIF? That without trimming or alter anything. Only transform the video format.

We only offer you to download MP4 file for now. We got same requests many times and put this in our roadmap!
