Q: For correcting wrong answers

You can train the chatbot if it doesn't give the right answer, but can you pinpoint the mistake and fix it? Or do you have to review and correct all the data you trained?

Q: how can I communicate with customers during my office hours?

Hello, I'm impressed with the Tym chatbot, however, I require a few additional features.
The AI response system is effective, but how can I communicate with customers during my office hours? For example, from 9 to 5, there will be live human chat support, and outside of office hours, the AI chatbot will be available.

Have you thought about setting up custom domains for each chatbot create on the roadmap?

Is it acceptable for users to provide their personal email for a whitelabel services plan?eg. whitelabel by custom domain email

A: We do not have anything like this in the roadmap and unfortunately i do not think this would be very feasible for us.

Q: A few details

1. So the results will only be pulled from the information I give it, kinda like NotebookLM?
2. Can I embed the bot on a page instead of a pop up?
3. Can it look more like an AI with a prompt form as apposed to a chat bot?

A: 1: Yes, it should only pull from what you give it. However, there is a checkbox in the chatbot config that would let you allow it to go outside its Knowledge for answers. But you have to turn that option on for each chatbot.
2 & 3: Right now our website integration is the chatbot widget. We also have the playground feature when you are logged into tymbot.io that lets you use it like you would chatgpt or others. If this is a feature you are looking for, would you mind sending us an email at info@tymbot.io and let me know what your use case is and i can add it to our roadmap.
Bonus: We have an API that you can use if you wanted to build your own interface. Under your account, there is an API Keys section that also has a link to our API documentation.
