Are the query limits based on each time a user engages the chatbot, OR, each time the user types in a question. My use case involves three or four "back and forth" interactions with the user to help them narrow down the appropriate response.

A: Each time the chatbot responds counts as a query. So if the user goes back and forth 10 times then that would be 10 queries.
