do not have a subscription with Typli.ai". Emailed to support@typli.ai without reply. Anyone else have the same problem?

Same here. It looks like their site is still up but their help section doesn't work. I wonder if they closed shop.

I just contacted their help email and they recreated my account- my content is gone and it doesn't show that I have any subscriptions so we'll see if this works or if it's just a trial, but at least their help was very prompt.
