Regarding book appointment, UChat has a workshop to make it work with a free or paid calendly account.
It's built-in integration with UChat.
Even with free calendly account, you can:
- send reminders(text, email, messenger) at a different times before the meeting
- ask for reconfirmation
- send feedback after the meeting.

Thanks Matthew, but your example doesn't address the AI part of my question. What I was really asking is: Can we combine UChat with Dialogflow to build automated conversational AI appointment booking bots that book appointments by sensing user intent?
