Q: Hi, I have phone numbers hosted with Twilio and they're my WhatsApp Business API partner...
do you integrate with them for WhatsApp and SMS or would I need to port my numbers over? If not, can I use WhatsApp Business API through UChat? Lastly, is there the ability to do a live agent transfer to something like Chatwoot (preferred), Tidio, or Tawk (basically not the very expensive ones LOL).

May 15, 2024A: Yes, we integrate with twilio for Whatsapp as well. they don't support lots of message type as 360dialog though.
We integrate with twilio for SMS, voice, and whatsapp all together.
For the live agent, we have our own mobile app for the livechat, and meanwhile, we integrate with jivo chat, intercom, freshchat, etc.
