But all tiers will get access to our omni channel. It will count as 1 bot. But you will be able to connect to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, Google My Business, Line, Viber.

Every workspace will have 1 bot you can put in the omni channel or any of the other channels UChat support.
