Q: Your tier 5 includes 10 bots and 20% revenue share correct?
So 10 different users each with 1 bot would consume the plan. But since no one uses 1 bot only this plan is useless unless I did not comprehend what you are looking for here

The benefit of Tier5 is actually, that you can create unlimited workspaces under your custom domain, if any of your customers subscribe to these workspaces, you will get 20% revenue share every month.

Ok so customer A subscribes and we put it on workspace A but
1. To whom does he pay?
2. We cannot create our pricing right?
3. Which plans would he see and features
4. If you removed documentation then what’s the solution for these clients? They need support if you are going to get 80%
5. To develop a bot for telegram and another for WhatsApp consumes immediately 2 bots. A normal business can easily need 12 bots
