Confusing and the limits are very low

I wasn't sure about this one as the limits are too low... But considering the confidence the founders are showing and few reviews/comments of some Sumolings (who probably got a better deal), I still decided to give it a try as I was looking for an Instagram bot.

In term of capabilities it looks like this tool can do A LOT OF THINGS. The amount of channels it handles and the features you can use are impressive. But that's also when it gets confusing... the UX is clunky in my opinion and it's not always intuitive. For example, I just wanted to add an Instagram bot. The interface told me "You need to add a facebook account first" and THAT'S IT. No guidance on how to add a Facebook account.
I was checking for a menu in the settings or a place where I can add accounts first... but couldn't find it.

It turned out I needed to go to the FB Messenger bot to connect Facebook. Why not just add the same button in the Instagram bot creation process? (It costs nothing and would take 5minutes to a dev, but the lack of it shows that not a lot of effort on UX is done).

After adding an Instagram bot, I couldn't find any template (maybe it's only for Instagram and there are many for other channels) and the video showing how to create a flow was very simplistic. What's needed is more use cases examples for inspiration.

Overall, it might be a powerful tool but the limits of the offer and the unintuitive UX that made me give 2 tacos to this deal.

Hey @KhalidScrypt first of thank you for trying us out. Means a lot to us.

We are aware the UX can improve and that is something that is on our roadmap after the two big main features of this year are done namely: Webview builder and the Webchat channel.

The connection process requires you to log into your facebook account since the Instagram account is connected to that. We also have a step by step explainer video on our channel that shows how to connect within just a few minutes: https://youtu.be/N9gxVyOL7J8

For the amount of templates we have something unique. All templates inside the template store are set to subflow templates. What this means is that you can install any template you like into any of the available channels.

I agree new users may not know this and we need to clarify that part, but all the templates are accessible for you inside the Instagram chatbot. Only sidenote is that some elements might not work for Instagram but each block and feature shows exactly which is supported or not.
