When I saw the limit doubled, I jumped. Literally new to UChat and the ChatBot platforms. Owned had a couple of web-based bots, some good, and some are considered as “Keep it until it grows”. I’ve been hearing a lot since last year about UChat, but the moment they release a deal, it just vanishes in a day or two!

So I spent the day yesterday navigating, exploring, learning and planning. One thing I noticed immediately, the interface looks perfect; the journey is so intuitive, help is basically everywhere, in every corner. UChat is simply a mature product and ready for production.

The recent update and the live event from the UChat team which explained in details the limitation and so on was perfect, one omnichannel which may include the 8 platform’s channels equal one bot… excellent.

One thing I really wanted to see, all in one solution for Whatsapp, why should I register in third-party if you can do it directly with them, I pay you; you pay them but I have only one channel for paying.
