I've bought another omni-channel chat platform/bot last Feb in AppSumo.

That platform, at about the same price as UChat, provides about 25% of the integration and functionality provided by UChat. Thankfully, I was still within 60 days of refund period. And once I try out UChat, it's game over. The difference is night and day. UChat is very complete, and production ready. I immediately asked AS for a refund and bought UChat.

Being "complete, and production ready" means that UChat requires a little bit of learning curve to use. Worry not... tutorials and helps are abundant. They have a lot of tutorials in their youtube channel. And the facebook group is very active. I reported what I consider a bug, and they solve it within 2 business days.

I really want them to succeed with their business. I will be relying on UChat to grow my business for years to come. Jiayou Matthew, Joyce, Mark and team!
