I wasn’t interested in another chatbot. Until... I saw Matthew Johnson’s 10+ hour FB live stream using Uchat. How could a bot keep the Wolf engaged for over 10 hours?? It had my attention.

That was last year, I gave UChat a try, and I haven’t looked back. It’s the only bot software I’m using now. I’ve built bots for businesses (and even bots for myself. Goal tracking, etc.) I love it.

UChat is powerful and has the most channels I've seen in a bot platform. (with more coming soon I believe 🤞) It does have a slight learning curve, but the extensive video library on YouTube helped me get up to speed quickly. Also, UChat has a great support team and community on FB if I need additional help.

Speaking of the team, I’ve been in the LTD world for a while, and I’ve never seen a team push out features as consistently as UChat. (keep expecting them to slow down a bit, but they keep ramping it up...)

The elephant in the room is the limit structure. The limits have been improved since the launch, which I think is good. (and is why I jumped in on this deal) But here’s my take: I’d rather have an LTD with reasonable limits rather than an LTD with crazy limits. I’ve had both kinds, and based on my observations, it’s rare for an LTD with crazy limits to survive more than a couple of years.

Thankfully, AppSumo has always been fair with me if an LTD goes under and I can recoup my investment. BUT, I can’t get back my time learning the software, selling the software, setting up the software, and then transitioning my clients out of the software when it dies.

Phone Wagon and Botstar were great LTDs, but they wasted countless hours of my time when they disappeared. UChat has replaced both of them for me, and I’m confident (based on the power of the software and the team behind it) they will be around for a very long time.

To wrap it up, and I don’t say this lightly (I have a lot of killer LTDs), UChat is my favorite. Hands down. If you need a Chatbot builder, this is the one for you.
