I'm pretty sure it's a one-man team. The support says "instant, reply" but I've waited the whole day to hear back, and still nothing. The juice just isn't worth the squeeze. Great concept, poor execution.
I just registered my appsumo code and your app is not letting me in it does not even recognize my email as valid email when trying to reset password (since I never got even a welcome message)
