Hello, \u000aYou said on the Plans \u0026 features, deal terms and conditions...\u000a\u0022All future Custom Plan updates\u0022 but on your website you don\u0027t have any plan called: \u000a\u0022Custom Plan\u0022 So, how we know what future features updates we will participate in the future?\u000aYou could easily say in the future...\u0022 Sorry, but this or that update doesn\u0027t belong to the \u0022Custom Plan\u0022, you need a monthly subscription or pay more (like other businesses already did on AppSumo) if you want to participate in that new feature or upgrade\u0022 :\u002D(  \u000aPlease clarify this for us. Hope you understand our concerns.

Your current plan is the Unlimited Plan. To clarify, certain features like whitelabeling and reporting are only available with monthly or yearly subscriptions. As you can understand, lifetime deals are not sustainable if we inlcuided everything. We’ve made it very clear what is included in the plan and what is not. As mentioned, this plan is the Unlimited Plan

Thank you for your prompt response. Also, I understand perfectly that you need/want to be sustainable, as we want that too. I think it will be better to say: All future Unlimited Plan updates because you wrote \u0022Custom Plan\u0022 which doesn\u0027t exist on your website.
