A: Unfortunately Full page screenshot, depends on an old API which is now dropped in chrome, firefox, and edge. We are still investigating into a longer term solution, for all browsers to support this feature.

Safari browser has committed to not drop the API. And IE11 : well it's API is no longer changing.

Hence the rather awkward situation, where only these 2 browsers are supported as of now. Sorry bout this
