Assuming you mean pockethost.io and not pockethost.app the answer would likely be no. I looked at pockethost.io and it's tied specifically to hosting pocketbase.io apps, and those are made from JavaScript/frameworks or Dart. UNA on the other hand runs on PHP.

I would suggest a more traditional VPS, dedicated, or IaaS provider would be the route to go for self-hosting UNA.
