Q: Does Undesk offer time tracking, delegations (assigning task to another user), and task dependencies?

Q: How does this compare to Helpwise, Helpspace, Abhisi, Zendesk, Intercom etc?
We always see so many different support tools and other similar tools. So what akes your product undesk the right or wrong choice?
