Q: I bought 2 credits (plan 1) a few months ago.

I redeemed the code at that time. Now I can not see my credits What is the reason for disappearing credits?

Hallo Jan, I bought 2 codes from appsumo and redeemed it on your site few days ago, but to my surprise, I signed in to my account today and my 4 credits are not there. 0 credits. I have a project to deliver tomorrow. I have already used a sample footage and showed it to my clients. So I need to download the original 4k version. This is so frustrating. Checked your site out and the footage looks amazing. 👏🏽 This offer however could be a wee bit better. How about 50% rollover credits per the tier you purchase? Waymark did something similar and it worked out really well for their promo. I will be keeping an eye on this promo for any updates to the offer. 🤞🏽 ps the fake reviews left doesn't help this campaign at all.
