Q: Training videos
I have encountered difficulties finding tutorials on how to effectively use the product. Specifically, I have a SaaS tool and would like to utilize this product to manage my subscriptions. However, I am unsure how to configure the tool so that users are required to make a payment before accessing the service, as well as how to maximize the product’s utility for my particular use case.

In the meantime, I’d like to provide a clear roadmap for your SaaS setup to ensure you can get up and running immediately:
1. Implementing the "Payment Gate" (Paywall)
To ensure users pay before accessing your service, the standard workflow with UniBee is as follows:
Hosted Checkout: Use our hosted payment pages to handle the transaction. This is the quickest way to get started without complex frontend coding.
Webhooks (The Key): Once a payment is successful, UniBee sends a real-time Webhook notification to your server. Your backend should listen for this event to "unlock" the user's account or grant access permissions.
Host Sub Update Page: While our full Customer Portal is scheduled for release in January, you can currently use our Host Sub Update Page. This allows your users to manage their existing subscriptions and plans in the interim.
2. Maximizing Utility: Global Tax Compliance
One of UniBee's strongest features for SaaS founders is our tax automation. To maximize utility and stay compliant:
TaxJar & VATSENSE: We have built-in integrations with both. You can automate the calculation of global VAT and Sales Tax based on your customer's location, removing a massive administrative burden as you scale.
3. What’s Coming Next
January Update: The comprehensive Customer Portal will launch, giving your users a full-featured dashboard to manage billing, invoices, and plan changes independently.
Video Tutorials: We are currently preparing a series of "Quick Start" guides specifically for SaaS use cases.
