I have very serious concerns about your Terms of Service regarding ownership and rights. While it states "We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions", it also grants Unifire an unlimited license to use, sell, modify and redistribute all user content.

This seems extremely concerning for creators and clients.

Similar questions remain unanswered, notably a detailed review from September 2024 about these same issues. This requires clear answers:

1 Do users retain FULL ownership/control of both uploaded AND AI-generated content?
2 Why do you need such broad rights over user content to provide your service?
3 Would you be willing to revise these terms to be more fair and limited, like other AI platforms?

This is a deciding factor for keeping or refunding Unifire.
A clear, public response would be really appreciated.
