Looks like the product has been sunset?

I bought an LTD on AppsSumo. Used the product for some time - received an incredible support. However, very soon, realised that there have been no new updates, no responses to queries, and several glitches in the product. That's the fate of most LTDs. I would have appreciated a formal email from founders if they have decided to discontinue the product.

The new updates (version) is AWFUL!!

Please bring back the old version or at least allow users to choose

Used to be able to create multiple pieces of content at once
Now have to do it manually, have to chat with a non helpful AI, before proceeding to select templates for each piece. And then still nothing useful got done.

In the past can just generate different content pieces for different platforms all at once after selecting and then modify from there

Thank you for the feedback. People liked the old version for its speed, indeed, we got that feedback many times, and they hated it with passion for its quality. Fair to say we learned the hard way that quality tops everything else. Apologies that we can't bring the old version on an account basis. We have on our roadmap automated workflows, which will bring back the old the speed of unifire with...

So much work to do yourself

As I said, it requires a lot of work on your part. After uploading a lecture, AI asked me what it was about? Really! In castmagic AI got it and produced what was needed. Here, whatever I wantt to do I need to have a drawn out conversation with AI first. If that's the case, I may as well use any AI out there. Some of the links in the left side don't work. Write us a testimonial goes to a 500 page and review us goes to the home page. I am gonna refund!

"1 click tools produce generic output" - I don't think I suggested that I wanted a 1-click tool -so, easy on firing off! What I am averse to is having to work just as hard as if I didn't use AI and pay for the privilege. If the choice is to have a long conversation with AI to produce content, or write it yourself - as an expert, I'll just write it myself!

Apart from being incredibly rude and patronizing to customers, you are misrepresenting the product in your reply. "If asking the agent to "write a blog post" and telling it "I approve the outline" and waiting for 30 seconds is too much work, then Unifire is definitely not for you." - It doesn't work like that and you know it! There are multiple questions that your agent asks. But your patronising attitude shows that I am right to refund. Here's AIs opinion on your reply in case of any doubt!

If asking the agent to "write a blog post" and telling it "I approve the outline" and waiting for 30 seconds is too much work, then Unifire is definitely not for you.

1 click tools produce generic output. This is an agent, and it only writes human sounding content because you give it enough context, it's not everybody's cup of tea I can understand that.

Completely non-functional with zero support response

Tried testing Unifire.ai with just a few simple URLs. All of them have been stuck on “Processing” ever since (it's been a week), with no progress at all. The tool literally hasn’t moved past step one.

Contacted support twice. No response. Not even an acknowledgment.

This is supposed to be a content repurposing tool, but if it can’t even process a URL or provide basic support, it’s not usable in any real-world workflow. Very disappointing experience overall. Avoid until they fix both the platform and the silence from support.
