BLabsQ: Speaker names & sentimental analysis
Hi team,
1) Does the transcription have the speaker names which are suitable also
2) do you have sentimental analysis of the speech as well , like tone analysis, emotional analysis etc
3) does your video transcription only transcribe the audio in the video or will also look at body language facial expression to give some behavioral analysis also
4) while api can take time , can you add webhooks for the tiers please , so we can add th is to our workflows . The mind map will be very useful

Speaker Names: We're actively developing identifying individual speakers and aim to launch it by June 30th. You'll then be able to modify speaker names in your transcripts.
Sentiment Analysis: We currently don't offer sentiment or tone analysis. Our focus right now is on delivering audio transcriptions.
Behavioral Analysis (Video): Our video transcription focuses purely on transcribing audio. We don't analyze body language or facial expressions for behavioral insights.
API & Webhooks: We totally get the need for a comprehensive API with features like webhooks. Your suggestion for webhooks is definitely noted for future developments!
