Q: Translator for different languages and text formatting

Hello, I had the opportunity to try out your product and I find it really interesting. The transcription works well and the process is very fast, which is much appreciated.

However, I do have a few suggestions: it would be great to have a built-in translator for different languages, and to improve document export as well as formatting when copying and pasting, since it’s not always optimal at the moment. The MindMap feature is truly impressive—congratulations on that!

Regarding text formatting, I noticed that when I copy directly with the mouse, the result is better than when I use the site’s copy-paste button. I wanted to know if you plan to add a multilingual translator and improve document export with more polished formatting in the future. Thank you very much!

A: Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and kind words, we’re really glad to hear you’re enjoying UniScribe, especially the speed and MindMap feature!

Regarding your suggestions:
• Translator: This feature is already on our public roadmap, and you can follow its progress there. But we don’t yet have a confirmed release timeline, but it’s definitely in our plans.
• Text formatting: Could you help clarify your expectations a bit more here? Our current copy & paste feature intentionally removes speaker names and timestamps, and combines all paragraphs into one plain text block for convenience. Are you hoping to retain the speaker names and timestamps when copying, or are there other formatting improvements you’d like to see?

We really appreciate your input, it helps us keep improving the product to better meet your needs!

It would be good to add several output options. For example, the first one is full as you have it now. The second - to break the text into paragraphs to make it easier to read. That is, the option that you already have. You break the text when viewing and so it is very convenient to read on the site. Third - if there are several speakers, they should be placed in the transcript to avoid confusion.
