A: Thanks for your interest!

We do support an Open API, which you can explore here: https://www.uniscribe.co/docs
Feel free to check if the current endpoints meet your needs — the API is currently in beta, and we’re actively iterating and improving it.

This link states API can be used for automations including n8n. But your help file has a contradictory information.
In one place it is stated that LTD users can use API, while in the next line it states that API cannot be used by one-time purchasers, which is what LTD actually is.
Please, clarify, so I can make a purchase that i can use API through AppSumo LTD deal.
Thank you!

Another thing is, File Handling: n8n will receive the audio file from Telegram. Since the UniScribe API requires a publicly accessible URL for the audio file, a crucial step will be to make the file available online. So I should use Google Drive, or any other cloud that provides a direct public link to the file to upload and send link to your service?

Thank you for pointing that out — happy to clarify:
1. API Access:
The API is available to both subscription and AppSumo LTD users.
In our documentation, when we mention that the API is not available for “one-time purchases,” we’re referring to one-year fixed-term plans sold on our website, not the lifetime deal (LTD) from AppSumo. So yes, if you purchase via AppSumo, you will have API access.

2. File Handling for Automation (e.g. via n8n):
Great point — currently, the API expects a publicly accessible URL for the audio file. Hosting it on a platform like Google Drive or Dropbox with a direct public link is a good workaround.
That said, we’re already testing a direct file upload API, and it should be available very soon. Once released, you’ll be able to send audio files directly to our
