Q: YouTube mindmaps and credits
Is it able to generate mindmaps from YouTube videos? It looks like it is fetching the existing YT transcription instead of parsing those audio: Do YT transcription (which is offered for free) consume credits when used as logged in user?

If you’re using our free tool here: https://www.uniscribe.co/tools/youtube-transcript-extractor, it does not support mindmap generation, as it simply extracts YouTube’s existing transcript.
Also, to clarify: when you transcribe a YouTube video through UniScribe as a logged-in user, it uses the actual audio for transcription, not the built-in YouTube transcript — so it will consume credits accordingly. You can verify this by comparing the results.
