Needs improvements
Speaker detection just detects "Speaker" I've compared this with a different product and the other product is much more reliable.
1) Speakers are labeled speaker 1, 2, 3 etc
2) I have the ability to name the speakers
With UniScribe it just shows speaker, speaker, no labels no option to label the speakers and it does not separate the speakers correctly.
This is an essential feature for meetings or work related items.
The price is reasonable for 6k minutes. I would love an option for higher limits.
Overall, the most important thing for me is proper speaker detection. I will most likely not keep this if it's not fixed by my refund window.

You’re absolutely right — the current “Speaker” label is hardcoded and not real speaker detection. True automatic speaker identification is actively in development and you can follow our progress here: https://trello.com/c/ZkpF1efn
We understand this is critical for meetings and professional use, and it’s a top priority for us.
As for higher usage limits, we don’t plan to raise the included minutes for LTD plans, but we are considering offering optional credit packages to help users like you get more transcription time when needed.
