I love this product!! I have been looking for a simple yet powerful transcription tool for about six months now that is accurate but doesn't break the bank. As a solopreneur economic efficiency is the key to my sanity. This tool is amazing. Not only is it fast, providing a transcript that is exportable in multiple formats, but it also provides a fantastic summary AND a beautiful mind map of the concepts in the audio/video. The mind map was such a wonderful surprise and so useful for recapping in a visual way (it's how my brain likes to summarize). The price of the tool is so good in this lifetime deal. Get it now and you will not be disappointed. The only glitch that I have noticed is that sometimes I do have to refresh the page between uploads or it may fail. It doesn't happen all the time, but I find that a refresh fixes the problem 99% of the time. I have transcribed 12 hours of video since purchasing the tool and doing the refresh has just become part of the process algorithm after every transcription. I am still not sure how the speaker names work which for the videos I have been transcribing has not been critical since they are 1:1 interviews. I am sure I will figure this out when it is needed. However, it does what I need it to do and does it well!! I expect that it will continue to improve over time. Definitely 5 tacos from me! :)
