A: You can build client workflows using our supported configuration tools wherever the required integrations and actions are available. More specialised requirements may need custom work.

You’re responsible for maintaining your workflows, including adjusting them when a connected service changes. We use MCP for integrations, but that doesn’t eliminate the possibility of changes affecting a workflow. Issues with the UnleashX platform itself are handled by our team.
