- Hi, I downloaded an image through my account some time back and used it on a website, and I have now been contacted to provide the licence. When I check my download history, I can only see the image ID and the date and time of download. Where can I find the licence please? Thanks
- I just bought the Appsumo deal and I am wondering how I will be able to prove that I actually have a license for a certain image. I can see that there is a "statements" page but it just returns a 500 error. So if for example CopyTrack is asking me to prove that I have a license for an image I currently could not do so. So there is actually a big risk to use the images.
- Hi there. Someone in the comments mentioned that Copytrack was emailing them regularly about stealing photos due to using Unlimphotos. Do you know anything about that? My first question was declined. I hope that you aren't taking this like an accusation. I'm really not doing that. Just trying to understand what is going on and if you know of a connection and if so, do you have a remedy for this? thanks!
