Q: A few questions regarding Tier 4 (Ultra Plan)

I emailed support, but haven't yet received a response. Thus my reason for writing here.

1. Can I place pauses within a cloned voice?

2. I am on Plan 4 (Ultra), but only have access to the standard image engine. I believe I should have access to Ultra image engine, right?

3. None of the copywriting templates are working for me. Can you please fix this.
I receive the error …“Error processing your request. The request could not be processed. If this continues after a few attempts, please contact at support@unmixr.com"

4. Based on Plan 4 (Ultra) I'm supposed to have 1300 voices, but it appears that I only have 298 that are accessible.

5. Can you please make sure I have everything I'm supposed to have with my purchased plan.

1. No but support will come
2. AppSumo plan have access to Standard image engine.
3. Ok I just noticed this. Will fix and update.
4. You can access all voices except the shared voices.
5. You should have access to everything committed in Tier 4.
