We just fixed some critical issues on chatbot. Now chatbot experience should be better. Earlier it used to get stuck at times while using doc chat.

Hi Shariful, I have raised the issue of your AI Chat functionality not working properly since May 2024 but the issue has not bee resolved even till now. Worst still, technical support basically just went dead despite repeated email reminders. I am left high-and-dry and I am extremely disappointed with the way things are going.
