- Hello Shariful96421, I’m currently on the Ultra Tier, but the voice that is most important to me, Andrew2 Express, is still locked and unavailable. Whenever I try to use it, I receive the following error: Error Code 512: “Very high data volume... controlled rate limit... upgrade plans receive higher priority limits.” Since I already have the Ultra Tier, I would expect to have access to the appropriate higher priority limits. Could you please look into this and fix the issue? I already have an open ticket with your support team, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any further response. Thank you for your help.
- Can I use Tagalog with 1-code? or do i need 3 codes?
- Hi, I use Andrew2 Express via the API with an AppSumo Lifetime account. After about 40–45 successful /api/v2/short-tts/ requests, I get code 512: “very high traffic… controlled rate limit… upgraded plans get higher priority limits.” Could you clarify: What is the exact Andrew2/Express limit for AppSumo Lifetime users? How long until it resets? Is it based on requests, characters, minutes, credits, or load? What exact limits would I get with a paid plan/Pro Add-On? Are AppSumo Lifetime users intentionally lower priority during high traffic? What API workflow do you recommend for 60–100 short TTS segments? The voice quality is great, but concrete limits would help me plan automated video production.
