Hi, I bought Tier 4. First try runs smooth. Second reading failed (The costumer service was not helpful: The fault is on your side :-(. The same content went smooth through through textalky. I bought this 4Tier package beause play.ht doesn´t map my LT-Deal to the new system. before this happened, it works perfect. I found this package very promissing, but.. Today I tried again, add some changes to the prononciation and it fails several times. I make a rollback, taken the old version without changing the prononciation and it works. Why?
