Q1: IF I go for plan 1, do I need a paid 3rd part AI plan (from "GPT-3.5, Gemma, Mistral and DocChat") for features requiring an AI LLM to work?

Q2: If I go for plan 2, do I need a paid plan for GPT-4/ Open AI, for features requiring an AI LLM to work? . Your wording '100K GPT 4 words every month' suggests that (up to the limit of 100k words,month) I don't need a paid chat GPT4/Open AI plan. Can you please confirm that is the case. Thank you.
