Q: Hello, I have a couple of questions.
I have purchased plan 4, and I’m supposed to have 10 hours of dubbing. It shows me only having dubbing credits 1960. What does that mean?
The 10 hours of dubbing I received monthly are that accumulated?
Why don’t I have access to these voices: Persona Voices, Voice Shortcuts, Community Shared Voices? When I try to use them, it tells me I need to upgrade my plan, even though I have purchased the largest one. Help me to understand.
So I may get a clear understanding, are all the monthly credits or hours accumulating monthly? Or does it reset every month? Please clarify.
Can another person have access to this account, means of seats, or workstations?

10 hours dubbing = 600 minutes (each dubbing minute takes 4 credits to process) = 2400 credits. Will update to correct.
Persona and community shared voices are available in monthly plans.
Voice shortcuts is not any category. It is where you save voices as favorites for quick access.
Credits renew monthly but do not rollover.
Account is not permitted for shared usage. We will have teams feature by the end of this year for that purpose.
