1.What is the time limit for dubbing a video? And what is the file size limit?

Shariful: Currently, file upload size is set to 2GB. For youtube URL, we don't put any explicit limit. It should support as long as you have enough credits. The longer file you upload, it will take more time to process.

2.When dubbing a video, does it preserve the original video's background music?
Shariful: The AppSumo plan does not include the background music. Our standard plans cover this.

3. Can the dubbed voice be downloaded without the background music?
Shariful: Yes you can. Please let us know if you are having any issues and we will fix it at earliest.

4. Does it have voices from Eleven Labs?

Shariful: We cover voices from Azure, Google and AWS. More support are coming soon!

5. Which translator do you use for dubbing: Google or DeepL?

Shariful: We use Azure translator.

6. What does "Unlimited audios & projects" mean, and then "1.5 hours of dubbing per month"?
Shariful: You can create unlimited number of projects and audios in your voiceover. 1.5 hours dubbing per month mean you can dub 1.5 hours long audio or video. You can upload any number of smaller files or perhaps one file with 1.5 hours duration.

7. Usually, there are at least 3 plans to choose from on APPSUMO. I would like to stack more codes for dubbing, maybe up to 5. Could you modify your offer?

Shariful: Currently, we are offering 2 codes. And we are increasing our offers in Tier 1 and Tier 2. New offerings will include 2 hours and 5 hours of dubbing. For more stack codes, definitely we will consider in future.
