I currently have a TIER 3 license. When testing the Dutch language options I noticed many high-quality voices are unavailable on my account. In particular all “Studio” voices and the child voices are locked. This significantly limits the usefulness of the product for my projects. The Multilingual Voices are not always that good for Dutch, unfortunately.

Which TIER or plan provides access to the full voice library (including all Studio voices and child voices)?
