I purchased the Tier 4 , but I’m unable to select certain voice options. Could you please clarify exactly which voices are included in the Tier 4 license and which are not?

A: Hi Yoshichika,
Persona voice, public shared voice are not included in Tier 4. You can filter voices from select dropdown in voice gallery. Let me know if that helps.
