Q: What can I do to manage the problem of offgrade account if I have ultra account?
Using my account, I can't sub, can't translate, can't use a video feature, and I have an Ultra account. I already sent you a support ticket like three days ago but no answer yet.What can I do to resolve that?

For now you can check all services page. You can find in profile menu. All legacy and classic features are there.
