Disappointing: Poor performance and non-existent support
Unfortunately, this app is not fit for purpose. A 7-minute German transcription resulted in only a few lines of text; even standard free LLMs perform significantly better. Furthermore, the support is lacking—I reported this issue on February 14th, 2026, and have yet to receive a response. As it stands, I cannot recommend this tool for professional use.
Answer: I sent you an e-mail without any response yet. I don't use Discord.
Answer: Since I cant use this tool, I ask for a refund.
