Don’t waste your time (video attached)
I bought Unmixr on AppSumo (Tier 1) because the deal page clearly advertised “1,000 AI voices” and “104 languages.” After purchase, the app showed only a very limited selection of voices/languages, and some features felt inconsistent or broken. When I asked support to clarify exactly what Tier 1 includes and how to access the “correct” UI (they said I might be seeing an obsolete UI), I never got a real answer.
Support replied once saying they would get back to me, but they never did. I followed up several times over the next days and still received no response—no link to the supposed new UI, no explanation of voice/language access, and no resolution.
In the end, I couldn’t use the product as expected and had to request a refund through AppSumo. The refund was granted, but the lack of transparency and the lack of support were the deciding factors for me.

Not sure, how do you get this obsolete UI. Anyway, it is expected to contact support first if you face any bug. Seems like you did not contact us. We appreciate our customer's feedback but honest and constructive feedback help us.
