Thank you for writing - and we're sorry this reached a review before it reached a resolution. That part is on us.
To be clear for anyone reading: nothing included in the AppSumo Lifetime Deal has been removed. Every voice, language and feature from the campaign is still active on your account today, and we have never revoked access to anything we promised.
The email you received was about our optional Pro Add-On. It adds Pro plan capability on top of your Lifetime Deal - your credits, voices and features stay exactly as they are. It's an upgrade sitting above what you own, not a gate placed in front of it.
We've also added a great many new voices since 2024, and the newer ones sit in separate categories in the Voice Library — which we suspect is why some looked missing. Filter by your language and by the categories in your plan and the full set from your deal is there.
I've written to you directly and I'm handling this personally. Send me the name of any voice or language you expected and can't find, and I'll take you straight to it.
