Poor product with no support
Support didn't even reply for my questions (I was waiting few weeks). Quality of translation and dubbing is very poor. Today they decreased maximum size of file video to 500mb (2gb earlier which was also not enough) so it is impossible to translate maximum video size files (limit is to 30 minutes).

Regarding 500 MB size limit, it is a bug introduced from recent release - will fix it today too.
