I'm reading it a 2nd time and I still find A LOT OF VALUE in this book even if it is FREE. I'm taking notes. It's amazing that there are only 10 reviews. Does it show that people are not grateful nowadays? David Hauser wrote a life changing book for me and for those who really read it completely. Many thanks for David and Appsumo for bringing this book to here! For Appsumo, on mobile phone android, the banner hides the box so I'm blind for typing. It's really uncomfortable maybe that's why people don't leave so many feedbacks and we can't edit once it is sent
Q: Is life all about wringing the last drop of juice out of the orange?
How does one "hack" one's health with mindfulness? Doesn't such language do its bit to discredit the larger mindfulness movement when one speaks like this? Isn't mindfulness about giving up the impulse to hack one's way to anything? If something worked for XYZ, will it always work for ABC? If I don't stay fit, functional, and painless as I age even after following all the advice to a T will the author take the responsibility? Only a few of the questions that come to my mind as I read this "offer."
You're getting a FREE ebook and you're complaining about having to stop what you're doing to read it, and asking for that FREE book to be converted into an audiobook? How about taking a few minutes to Google how to have a book read to you and thank the author and AppSumo for arranging for this book to be available to you?

Q: The book looks promising.
Is it possible to get the Kindle version? I don't like reading long PDF's.

Holy Macaroni!
I didn't know that was possible in any easy way.
Maybe I'll actually read some of these free EBooks by putting them in my Kindle. :-)
Thanks Suzanne for the tip.
Q: Could you please transform this into an audiobook, otherwise I have to STOP other tasks in exchange for ...
reading UNSTOPPABLE, which clearly isn't cool...

It is available on Audible as an Audiobook.
You could always contact the author and find out if he can give you a coupon or something.
