What is the emailing system like, the automations features that is? Do we still need to do any manual triggers? If so, pls pass on a link for more info :)
Where is our course data, video (CDN), student info and email list stored (servers)?
Who owns our info and students data? Can we transfer CSV when we want to?
Are there any back up systems available for us (manual) or automated etc?
What are the Security measures, for corporate privacy/security level info and courses & the Moderator/s features like?
Any branding, Cname, API - Webhooks Developer documents &/or Zapier automate info?
Is embedding of our various courses (multi & single) & integrable or presentation based scripts possible?
Is SCORM available or coming?

A: Thanks for the great questions — here’s a quick overview:

Programs vs Courses: Programs organize everything (tasks, forms, courses, events), while Courses are structured learning paths built inside programs. Quick Start Guide

Data Storage: Data is stored on DigitalOcean servers (USA). You fully own your data and can request a CSV export if needed.

Emails & Automations: You control most notifications (when and if they are sent). No full manual backups yet.

API & Zapier: API is available on the Business Plus plan; other plans can use Zapier for automation.

Branding: Custom domain (CNAME) and branding are available depending on the plan.

Embedding & SCORM: SCORM is not supported and not on the roadmap. Full external course embedding isn't supported either.

The 15 Course limit is for our entire account, or per Coaching Program? 2) Are there any Webinar or Video add-on integration/s features? 3) Emailing is transactional? Thanks for the questions!
Security: Data hosted on DigitalOcean (USA), public bug bounty program active.
Courses: 15-course limit per organization.
Webinar/Video: No built-in webinar/video integration yet.
Emails: Transactional emails only. Clients can choose to receive them hourly, daily, weekly, or not at all. No hard sending limits for normal use.
