When it comes to reviews, I am not easy in giving tacos away like candy but this platform with its transformative philosophy behind it is worth every single taco.

The platform allows your coachees to go through learning materials in a course section, where you have the ability to drip release each lesson along your Zoom group or one to one sessions. The system automates things I used to do manually. It helps me to get my clients on track with onboarding (reminding them to sign agreements and more) although no signature Api has been implemented as of yet.

Tod's association with this platform is really one of the key points that helped me to make the buying decision. There is an amazing onboarding course built by Tod that helps you to understand the platform better, also they do Zoom onboarding calls that helps a lot. I hope the design thinking of 'instead of creating from scratch we can edit templates' remains, it is EXTREMELY helpful, especially in nodding me towards best practices. I hope in the future Tod will also do videos on what is possible with the platform and what is trending in the coaching world, tips making the experience for my coachee and me even better. The only thing that I want is a frictionless experience for my coachees(clients)that's it.

Overall, this is a very good platform, the only reason I would not want to give 5 tacos is that the platform is still a work in progress and still has a lot of things that need to be sorted out. And I don't want the founders to get the impression that everything is ok. For example, when I tried to upload an audio file the file did not want to play. Only after reaching out to support and waiting for a day or so did they come back and provide a link to a service I need to run my link through before it is usable. The audio plays now, but a lot of hassle could have been stopped if that link was just added to the learning page describing the audio block.

Another area that really needs fleshing out is the Smart Documents provided. I have activities that are already on pdf and have editable fill in zones on them. I tried to re-create the worksheets on the smart docs but turned out really bad. There is no substitute for well-designed worksheets. I don't know if I will be able to use these smart docs as of yet and although they have the ability to add videos to them, I don't see the advantage above my pdf's if I can't create practical activity sheets here.

Upcoach lacks information on how to use the platform (some are already provided but is very basic) the audio block example that set me back a day is a good example, the limited info on the practical uses and uses of the smart docs is clearly another. Having a video library of imaginative ways of serving my clients better with this platform will be an added value.

But still, I believe that this platform deserves its 5 tacos, please keep on creating templates, please keep on updating the knowledge base, I am optimistic about Upcoache's future!
