Love the features of the app and what it promises so much I recommended it to a client. Unfortunately my own platform has been down for six days.The customer service took 2 days to respond to me and her I am 4 days later and still no resolution. While helping my client set up her organization for some reason it discontinued my "subscription" and after multiple rounds with the "tech" team I am still locked out of my own subscription. This is soooooooooo frustrating. Especially because the person ghosted while helping me today in chat and is probably gone for the weekend.
