Well, upcoach is an LMS system combined with the coaching experience that the founders bring on to the table. That's fine. It's entirely unique. And they are definitely having differentiation based on how the competitors are in the market place with 100s of them rebuilding the same LMS ecosystem.

There are a lot of pros available in this tool which I am sure will be a needle mover.

But, if you are offering this deal on Appsumo. You have to understand there are some pre-requisites that sumolings by default accept as part of purchasing the highest tier.

Here are a couple of suggestions that will move the needle even more. Give you great feedback, and curate lots of product development ideas that will make this tool even better. (Hope that's the aim for the founder in the first place when getting listed on Appsumo)

1. Please increase the number of users on the highest tier from 3 admin users to a minimum of 6 if not 10 (No point in it if we can't manage 100s of students with only 3 admin users since we cant go one by one into each member and see the metrics in a well-defined way)

2. Make the powered by branding (optional)

3. Get Integration with Pabbly Connect (Which is a Zapier killer alternative) used by 100s of Sumoling and provides very good support in terms of any ISP looking to integrate quickly and with robust infrastructure (given that you already have API access, this should not be a big deal). Even if you get this on the roadmap. I will feel secure and nonrestricted in moving my other programs to your platform.

For now, I feel it will be a risk to migrate my programs onto Upcoach (we will definitely try it for higher-end offers.) but with 3 admin users. It will definitely be not something lucrative. And this deal becomes a no-deal due to these restrictions designed to upsell us on higher subscriptions later.

Finally, do you think this is an irresistible "grand slam" offer on Appsumo?

Maybe, if you don't have a bigger team and you are running one-man show (with maybe an assistant)

But, if you are already an established thought leader in your industry. And have more people. This deal is a deal breaker.

P.S. On a side note, I and my team will stack more in case you guys decide to add more admins into this deal. And provide custom branding options + Pabbly Connect assurance as integration in your roadmap.
