Honest Upcoach Review
Hello Sumo-lings,
I've bought a ton of software programs before. I saw this and was curious about what it actually is. The messaging to me wasn't super clear (about the offer) but I read a blog post by the creator of Upcoach saying it's an alternative to Kajabi and Teachable, the differences and then it clicked, I understood what they offered.
Here's my honest review.
1: Product description - is not so good. All you need to know is if you currently offer digital courses, coaching, or programs to your clients then you can use Upcoach. It allows you to host programs, masterminds even digital downloads - which I find helpful.
2: The onboarding process is very good. I'm 1/4 of the way through and so far the decision to purchase is being solidified and I'm feeling much more confident about what's on offer and what it can do.
3: The ONLY downside (and it's super frustrating) is that in the menu on the top of the screen, I couldn't find how to get to the ADMIN panel. I tried for about one hour until I located it, and weirdly it's under "organisation" (as we start the onboarding in Upcoach Organisation).
My only recommendation to you is that if you're interested in trying a software to build out your program, certainly give this a go. It looks great and I hope after setting it up it's easy to use.
To Todd @Upcoach - would you be able to add the 'ADMIN' link to the top of the menu for the onboarding - that will redirect the user back to their own admin area to start completing each step in the videos.
- User Interface - very nice
- Screen layout, clean - easy to read
- Functionality - impressive
- Value for money 5 stars
I bought Tier 2, I am considering upgrading to Tier 3.
This is one to look out for.

You can tell this software was created by someone who actually does coaching (and not just a development team) as he has thought of all the little nuances we coaches need to become more efficient and scale. This is why this program is FAR easier than Kajabi to use and far more sophisticated than Teachable.
Give it a go!
